The National Crime Agency, Major Investigations Command has requested our help in tracing Ms Constance Marten and her partner Mr Mark and their new-born baby. Please would you circulate the attached Missing Person Alert to GPs and Health Visitors.
They have been missing since 5th of January 2023, when their car broke down on the M61 near Bolton. There has been a sighting in Essex.
Ms Constance gave birth around the start of January 2023.
